Rebuilding Through Pain


Be willing to break. Be willing to scatter yourself and rebuild. That is how you achieve your goals. Don't go about with a fixed mindset more especially when you have been doing the same thing for a long time and it is not working.

It is the process of breaking and rebuilding that you can discover the hidden treasures within you. Don't be afraid of change. Don't be afraid to fall down. Don't be afraid to fail. Sometimes knowing the negatives helps us in knowing the positives.

It is in the process of pain, hardship and difficulties and challenges that we discover who we are (in earnest) and what we are capable of doing. When you go through a painful situation and you refuse to change that is when it feels like suffering. "The purpose of pain" like Tony Robbins said "is to make us take action, not to make us suffer". Pain is there to help us become better person. 

You need the pain to build the muscles. You need the pain to loose the unhealthy weight. You need the pain to win the marathon. You need the pain to get the business and keep it going. Comfort should be a bye product of pain.
