However, these minds most times are not tapped into by their owner. These young ones know how capable they are - but somewhere along the road something happens and the best versions of themselves were not realized.


The support and the platform these young minds need are made available by ALAMAU and also they are providing the necessary skills and atmosphere needed for these young minds to develop and attain their fullest potential.


African Leadership Academy Model African Union (ALAMAU) is doing something great for these minds. The support and the platform these young minds need are made available by ALAMAU and they are also providing the necessary skills and atmosphere needed for these young minds to develop and attain their fullest potential.


ALAMAU is a simulation of the African Union, providing a platform for young leaders to explore the inner workings of the African Union, and to practice international diplomacy by assuming the roles of African leaders. It is an Annual Leadership Conference for young leaders around Africa and across the world, simulating the activities of the African Union - helping young leaders to develop implementable solutions to African Development Challenges through diplomacy and international cooperation

I make these videos, make my audio recordings - I have to repeatedly check out myself, how I sound, how others will perceive me and criticize me, the errors and mistakes therein. If I don't do these things I won't get to the point of self discovery, self appreciation and self actualization. Looking for the opinions of others to validate my work and support my unhealthy ego will not help me.
